ZX Spectrum
Sinclair Spectrum 16/48K

The Spectrum was Sinclairs's first colour computer. The machine was available in two versions 16k & 48K costing £99 and £129. The machine was a success and was mainly used as a games computer spawning literally thousands of games. The machine was criticized for it's rubber keyboard but this was one of the factors in keeping the price down.
